Any updates or news regarding the festival, staff, or other important information will be

Festival rescheduled from April, 2020 to August 19-23, 2020.

We haven't used this page for a while.  With all the changes that will take place as a result of the coronavirus and
postponing the festival to August 19-23, we'll post that information on this page.

March 25:  We're in the process of updating the entire website. There will be some gaps until all staff has been hired.

March 25:  For those of you that have responded to Joyce's participant email about August and can not come,
those refund checks were mailed on Monday, 3/23.

March 21:  Here's the update for Instructors for Buckeye - August!  Due to previous commitments, Marsha Harris, Phyllis Woods-Borwn, and Ricki Spicer
will not be with us in August.  I'm in the process of contacting replacements. As soon as the new lineup is finalized, I'll post it here.

March 20:  The t-shirt design will be creatively modified to reflect the August date.

March 13:  Hello Everyone,  The last 24 hours have certainly been life changing for all of us. Yesterday morning we started conversation with David at RU regarding the virus
and their plans going forward.   In the process of this conversation, rather than canceling the festival, we looked at alternative dates. 
So ... BDF #29 will now take place August 19 - 23, 2020.  We know that this date will probably not work for everyone, but we are committed to keeping our
participants safe in light of the coronavirus and are satisfied that this is the best way to proceed. 
If you are already registered, please respond to us by email that you have received this information and the date still works for you.
